The term “Jimco Industries” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered address. is Jimco Industries. 

The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. 

All orders are subject to acceptance by Jimcoind.com Chah Jattan Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. 

We have a no restriction for minimum order of unless goods in stock excluding VAT for this website. Carriage will be charge as per your selected Shipping Method. 

All orders are usually despatched on the next day as receipt of order to ensure where possible next working day delivery (between 8.30am and 5.00pm via your selected Shipping Method courier).

General Terms & Conditions
 

1) DEFINITIONS
In these conditions of sale all references to "the Seller" are to “Jimco Industries” and all reference to "the Buyer" are to the person, firm, company or by whom the order is given. All references to "the Goods" are to any item(s) supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
 

2) QUOTATIONS
Any estimate or quotations for Online Catalogue shall comprise an invitation to treat and will remain open for a period of thirty days provided that the company has not previously withdrawn it. Every effort is made to ensure that the catalogue descriptions and illustrations are clear and accurate. All sizes are approximate. The reproduction of items is as accurate as photographic and printing processes will allow. Due to our policy of continual improvement some products may vary from those described. The company reserves the right to amend the specification, construction and/or design without prior notice.
 

3) PRICES
All prices are F.O.B. CHAH JATTAN RD, SIALKOT, PAKISTAN, subject to change without notice.

All prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Taxes are charged at the current rate unless a tax exemption certificate is supplied with order.
 

4) DELIVERIES 

• Normal delivery of online order is next working day of green dot in stock item.
• Limited yellow dote online order takes 2 to 3 working days
• Out of stock red dot item takes 3 to 4 weeks to manufacture the items.

Combined orders of stock and limited items dispatch together and out of stock items order dispatch separately.     

5) CARRIAGE CHARGES
Shipping is charged for each order as per products Approx Weight.  You can select shipping agent in our online shipping system. Our system gives the customer different shipping agents with there services ability, charges and different time of delivery. It’s up to you when you need your order urgent or normally. You can save your money according to your future needs.
 

5A) Custom clearance, vat, taxes and duties
Its is the customer responsibility to clear the goods in there country at the time of delivery if shipping agent will provide there services in your destinations you can pay there charges and custom clearance vat, taxes and duties according to your country law. 

BEFORE ORDERING TO US YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY CUSTOMS REGULATIONS, CLEARANCE, VAT, TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES. 

• For your protection, JIMCO INDUSTRIES will send all order with out min value restriction via Global Express couriers or normal mail services, which is a track able method.
   
• The shipping and handling charge is calculated according to your order's weight and shipping destination. Prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Your order may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees.
   
• Undeliverable or Refused packages: If your order is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, you will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to JIMCO INDUSTRIES for the return of the package. If the cost to return the goods to us is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
   
• It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you order from us.
   
• You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to JIMCO INDUSTRIES due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the customer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only min 15 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country

 
6) ORDER CANCELLATION
All cancellation of orders must be in writing with our prior agreement. We are unable to accept cancellation of specially ordered or non-stock items.
 

7) RETURN OF GOODS
All return for credit must be previously agreed in writing. Please contact our customer service department which will advise you in the correct procedures for all return items. A restocking charge of 25% of the value of the goods may be charged. It will be customers responsibility to return the goods at their own shipping charges within 15 working days from the invoice date. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, clean and unused. 

In order for you to receive credit to your account for returned merchandise a "Return Goods Number (RGN) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning merchandise to JIMCO INDUSTRIES. The following information is required for an RGN. (Please have this information ready when you call or mail us at

Please note: No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of invoice.

8) LOSS OR DAMAGE
Any loss, damage or shortage must be notified within 3 working days or confirmed in writing within 7 days. Claims outside these times will not be accepted.

9) DESCRIPTION
The company is continually seeking to improve the quality and value of its goods and services. whilst every care is taken to ensure illustration and descriptions within the catalogue are accurate and informative, We do reserve the right to change specifications and improve products. In the event of substitute products not being acceptable, we will issue a full credit, provided the goods in question are returned in a new, re-sealable condition and in line with our Return of Goods Policy, outlined.
 

10) RESERVATION OF TITLE
Title of goods does not pass until full invoice value has been paid.

16) DISCLAIMER NOTICE
Every endeavour has been made to ensure that the information given herein is true and reliable but is given only as guidance to our customers. The company cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage that may result from the use of the information due to the possiblity of variations of processing or working conditions and of workmanship outside our control. Users are advised to confirm the suitability of products by their own tests.

11) OVERSEAS BULK ORDERS
The terms and conditions listed here only apply for online shop business transacted through credit cards or online payments system internationally.
